本机数据

海绵无需注册账号，不包含广告、跟踪或第三方分析服务。相册索引、文件信息、备份记录及设置保存在设备的应用数据中，不发送到开发者服务器。

照片与文件权限

海绵通过 Apple PhotoKit 访问你授权的视频，用于浏览、统计、导出及重复候选查找。有限访问时，只能处理系统允许访问的媒体。删除相册视频需要你的主动操作与系统确认。你可随时在系统设置中调整或撤销照片权限。文件夹和外接存储仅在你通过系统选择器授权后访问。

备份传输与 iCloud

你主动备份时，视频及必要的文件信息会发送到你选择的文件夹、存储设备或 WebDAV 服务器，不经由开发者服务器中转。WebDAV 密码保存在系统钥匙串。你选择的存储与服务提供者按照其自身规则处理数据，请使用可信的目标和安全连接。

相册扫描默认不主动下载云端原片。主动导出或明确允许下载时，Apple 照片服务可能获取 iCloud 资源并产生网络流量及本机缓存。相关系统服务由 Apple 管理。

保留与删除

本机索引和备份记录保留在应用数据中。删除应用可移除应用容器中的数据；系统钥匙串由系统管理。已经导出的文件、系统相册内容和服务器副本不会因删除海绵而自动删除，请在对应位置管理。删除相册视频后，系统可能将其保留在“最近删除”；文件提供者或外接存储的删除则可能无法恢复。

支持邮件

若你主动联系技术支持，开发者仅使用你提供的邮箱和问题内容处理请求。你可以通过支持邮箱请求删除支持邮件中的个人信息，适用的法定保留义务除外。请勿发送私人视频、相册、密码或不必要的敏感信息。

如果未来功能改变数据处理方式，本页面和应用内说明会更新。当前首发版本不含订阅或应用内购买。

没有显示视频

检查系统设置中的照片权限。选择有限访问时，请将需要整理的视频加入授权范围。隐藏相册默认不参与扫描，可在海绵设置中调整。

大小是估算或显示未解析

部分系统版本与仅在 iCloud 的视频无法立即提供精确原片信息。海绵会保留估算或未解析状态，本地原片可读取后逐步补全。帧率、编码和 HDR 筛选需要先解析对应视频。

备份失败或文件夹授权失效

重新选择目标文件夹，或检查 NAS 地址、目录、账号及网络。保留任务中显示的具体失败提示，再重试未完成项目。流式传输时请保持应用在前台，并为云端原片下载留出足够空间。

清理前如何检查

先检查备份是否完整、可播放，并确认要保留的副本。相册删除需要系统确认；最近删除仍可能占用设备空间。外接存储和文件提供者可能不支持恢复，请只删除你已确认不再需要的文件。

反馈问题

邮件中请提供设备型号、系统版本、海绵版本、操作步骤及错误文字。无需提供私人媒体或登录密码。

Haimian organizes authorized Photos videos and backs up originals to storage you select. The initial release is free, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. No account, ads, tracking or third-party analytics are included. Library indexes, file information, backup records and preferences stay in the app's device storage and are not sent to developer servers.

Apple PhotoKit limits access to your Photos permission. Library deletion requires your action and system confirmation. You can change access in system Settings. Folders and external storage are accessed after your selection through Apple's file picker.

When you initiate a backup, media and necessary file information are transferred directly to your selected folder, storage device or WebDAV server. WebDAV passwords are stored in the system Keychain. Your selected providers handle data under their own policies. Library scanning does not proactively download cloud originals. An explicit export or download choice may cause Apple Photos to retrieve iCloud resources, use network traffic and keep local caches.

Deleting the app removes its container data; Keychain storage is managed by the operating system. Exported files, server copies and Photos media are not automatically removed. Manage them at their respective locations. Photos may retain deleted items in Recently Deleted. External storage and file providers may not support recovery.

If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer your request. Contact 01057@163.com to request deletion of personal information in support correspondence, subject to legal retention obligations. Please include the device model, OS and app version, steps and error text, without private media or passwords.
