为什么入梦需要照片权限？

入梦需要 PhotoKit 权限，才能读取并播放你授权且可访问的视频；普通相簿可能包括共享或同步相簿，收藏和删除仅在你主动操作时发生。

为什么没有显示某个视频？

1.1.1 起支持通过系统“视频”智能相簿发现未加入普通相簿的视频。请确认视频已授权，并在设置中点击“重新扫描相册”；“只播放本地视频”和相簿筛选也会影响结果。入梦不读取隐藏相簿。较早版本请先将视频加入普通相簿。

为什么 iCloud 视频需要等待？

当原片只存在于 iCloud 时，Apple Photos 需要先按需获取资源。网络和 iCloud 状态会影响开始播放的时间。若只想播放已经在设备上的视频，可在入梦设置中开启“只播放本地视频”。

如何恢复或管理入梦 Pro？

在入梦的 Pro 页面选择“恢复购买”。月付和年付订阅可通过 Apple ID 的订阅管理查看或取消；永久买断不是自动续期订阅。

免费额度和试用如何计算？

免费版每天最多 10 条固定片单，浏览完毕后仍可循环回看。1.1.1 提供试用说明：符合资格的月付用户试用 3 天，年付用户试用 7 天，到期按 App Store 显示的价格自动续订；同一订阅群组的介绍优惠每位用户仅可享受一次。请在周期结束至少 24 小时前取消，以避免续订。

永久解锁是一次性购买。可先单独领取一次 30 天零元体验，不自动扣费，到期恢复免费版。恢复购买只恢复剩余时间，不会重新开始试用。新功能随 1.1.1 上架后提供；资格、条款和价格以 App Store 确认页为准。

删除的视频可以恢复吗？

点击播放器垃圾桶后，iOS 会再次确认。确认删除的视频会进入系统“最近删除”，可在 Apple Photos 规定的保留期内从系统“照片”App 恢复。

入梦会上传我的视频吗？

不会。入梦不把照片或视频上传到开发者服务器。iCloud 媒体获取由 Apple 系统服务处理。

Common Questions

Why does RuMeng need Photos access?

RuMeng needs PhotoKit access to read and play authorized, accessible videos. Ordinary albums may include shared or synced albums. Favorite and delete changes occur only after your action.

Why is a video missing?

From version 1.1.1, the Videos smart album helps discover videos outside ordinary albums. Confirm that access is granted, then choose “Rescan Photos”. Local-only playback and album filters may affect results. Hidden albums are not read. In earlier versions, first add the video to an ordinary album.

Why does an iCloud video take time to start?

Apple Photos may first need to retrieve an original stored only in iCloud. Network and iCloud conditions affect start time. Enable “Play Local Videos Only” in RuMeng to restrict playback to media already on the device.

How do I restore or manage RuMeng Pro?

Choose “Restore Purchases” on the RuMeng Pro screen. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings. Lifetime unlock is not an auto-renewable subscription.

How do the free limit and trials work?

The free daily selection contains up to 10 videos and can be replayed. Version 1.1.1 explains the 3-day monthly and 7-day annual free trials for eligible users. Subscriptions renew automatically at the App Store price. Each user can receive one introductory offer per subscription group; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.

Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase. A separate, one-time 30-day zero-price trial does not charge automatically and returns to the free tier when it expires. Restoring only restores the remaining time. These features become available with version 1.1.1; eligibility, terms and prices are confirmed by the App Store.

Can I recover a deleted video?

iOS asks for confirmation before deletion. Confirmed items move to Recently Deleted and may be restored in Apple Photos during Apple's retention period.

Does RuMeng upload my videos?

No. RuMeng does not upload photos or videos to developer-operated servers. Apple system services handle iCloud media retrieval.
